We stayed in Valparaiso for almost a week...so we had many trips out to discover.There are several of these ascensores all over Valparaiso...to reach the top of many hills.
I love how picturesque they make these little stations.
With many hills comes many stairs...so glad Ernesto takes care of it!
Azaleia loved going down stairs...weeee...all the way down.

Inside Chile's Congress.
This is the main room in the Congress where the President of the Republic addresses the people. We also saw the rooms where the Senators and the Representatives meet. It was really interesting to learn about the similarities and differences that Chile has with the US. 
This is down by the port. It is a very busy port for Chile...the main one. We saw lots of cars coming off the dock too. There were some submarines out there and people were able to take small boats to go see them. Too bad babies were not allowed. :(I still love all the colors!
